Carpet and vinyl fitting in Monifieth

James Mackenzie Flooring fits carpet and sheet vinyl in homes across Monifieth, travelling from Dundee: carpet fitting is £5 per m² (£80 minimum under 16 m²), vinyl fitting £6.50 per m² (£100 minimum), and the site measure is free.

Monifieth is about 6 miles east of Dundee, on the coast between Broughty Ferry and Carnoustie. James Mackenzie Flooring covers it along with those two towns. It is a house visit from Dundee, not a shop you walk into. James measures the rooms and fits carpet or sheet vinyl himself. There is no street address to find.

Homes here are the usual mix for this coast: a hall and stair, a sitting room that may be wider than one roll, or a kitchen vinyl that has to meet a doorway. Carpet is stretch-fitted, with gripper free on a fitting job. Vinyl is sheet-fitted for kitchens, bathrooms and wet rooms. If a join is needed, it is planned before the cut. Stairs are measured on the treads, and the stair price is not the £5 per m² room rate: ask James.

Fitting prices are the Dundee rate card: carpet £5 per m² with an £80 minimum under 16 m², vinyl £6.50 per m² with a £100 minimum. Laminate, LVT and carpet tiles are supply only. Call 07948 604069 and say you are in Monifieth. The site measure is free.
