Carpet and vinyl fitting in Dundee

James Mackenzie Flooring fits carpet and sheet vinyl in homes across Dundee, where James is based: carpet fitting is £5 per m² (£80 minimum under 16 m²), vinyl fitting £6.50 per m² (£100 minimum), and the site measure is free.

Dundee is where James is based. James comes to the house. There is no shop counter and no street address to visit. Broughty Ferry sits to the east along the river and has its own page. South, the Tay Road Bridge leads to Newport-on-Tay and Tayport. North and west, James covers the rest of the city too. The job is still measured in the rooms.

Carpet is stretch-fitted, with gripper free when James fits it. The carpet itself is priced on the size cut from the roll: cut length times roll width. Sheet vinyl is for kitchens, bathrooms and wet rooms. Stairs are measured on the treads, and the stair price is not the room rate: ask James. Laminate, LVT, carpet tiles and wood are supply only. A wide room that needs a join is planned on site so the seam is not the first thing you see.
