Carpet and vinyl fitting in Broughty Ferry

James Mackenzie Flooring fits carpet and sheet vinyl in homes across Broughty Ferry, travelling from Dundee: carpet fitting is £5 per m² (£80 minimum under 16 m²), vinyl fitting £6.50 per m² (£100 minimum), and the site measure is free.

Broughty Ferry is part of the Dundee service area for James Mackenzie Flooring. There is no shop street to find — James visits the house, measures, and fits carpet or vinyl himself. Ferry homes often mean a hall and stair, a sitting room that wants a quiet join, or a kitchen vinyl that has to meet an older doorway. Those are ordinary fitting jobs, done on site.

Carpet is stretch-fitted. Gripper is free with the fitting. Vinyl is sheet-fitted for kitchens, bathrooms and wet rooms. Stairs are measured on the treads. If a room is wider than the roll, the join is planned before the cut, not hidden with a bar after the fact. The site is left tidy.

Fitting prices are the Dundee rate card: carpet £5 per m² with an £80 minimum under 16 m², vinyl £6.50 per m² with a £100 minimum. Call 07948 604069 for a free site measure in Broughty Ferry. Laminate, LVT and tiles remain supply only.
